Date Shake | 3 ingredient only | Energy booster
Ingredients:
Milk- 500 ml
Pitted dates 9- 10
Cinnamon powder 2 teaspoon
Heavy cream 2 tablespoon - optional
For garnishing optional
Walnuts
Pistachios
Almonds
Directions:
Soak dates for 6-7 hours or overnight. Remove seeds.
Put cold milk, pitted dates, and cinnamon in the blender. Blend for two minutes.
Pour shake in a cup.
In a bowl whip cream for a minute until slightly thick.
Put whip cream on top. Garnish with walnuts, pistachios and almonds.
Notes:
Dates are already sweet enough, so I did not add sugar.
Dates used in this recipe are famous Saudi Arabia Ajwa dates.
