If you think you have tried all kinds of potato cutlet recipes you need to give this a try. Hash browns is a must try. Yes, shredding potatoes seems to be extra work but trust me its worth the effort. You can't go wrong with this recipe because it has everything that a potato lover would need topped with both mozzarella and cheddar cheese gives it a distinct flavor.

Hash browns Recipe

Ingredients

3 medium size potatoes

2 Tbsp All Purpose flour

2 Tbsp Rice flour

2 Tbsp Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded )

2 Tbsp Cheddar Cheese (Shredded )

1/2 Tsp Onion powder

1 Tsp Garlic powder

1 Tbsp Parsley (Freshly Chopped)

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/2 Tsp Paprika powder

1/4 Tsp Black pepper

4 Tbsp Vegetable oil

Steps:

Coarsely grate potatoes using a vegetable grater. Rinse shredded potatoes with ice cold water until water is clear, drain and squeeze out the excess liquid by twisting the towel.

Place them in a bowl and add everything except oil. Then mix everything until well combined. Shape them however, you want circle, oblong triangle.

In a large frying pan heat a good glug of oil. When oil is sizzling hot place hash browns in the pan. Cook each side for about 4 minutes or until golden brown. Take them off the pan and place them on paper towels. Serve immediately with any sauce of your choice.
